adjust accordingly for desired consistency
Directions:
In a large non-reactive skillet over medium heat, combine onion, garlic and whiskey. simmer until onion is clear (about 10 minutes). Mix in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, pour mixture into blender and blend on medium-high speed until smooth.
Pour sauce into container and let cool. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days to let flavors combine.
Perfect for pork, chicken and brisket.
