Directions: |
- In a large pot, combine meat, steak seasoning, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, basil, garlic and mix well. Cook until meat is crusty.
- Add celery, onions, peppers and cook until onions are tender - STIR FREQUENTLY.
- Deglaze pot with broth and tomato juice. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until desired consistency is reached.
