Comments: The choice of oil will affect the final taste of this dish
 
Ingedients:
5 cup rice, cooked make rice in advance and cool completely in refrigerator
2 cup beef/chicken/pork, coarsely chopped
1 cup white onion, chopped
2 cup frozen mixed vegetables or fresh veggies, if you are into that
3 tbsp. wok oil House of Tsang
1 tbsp. sesame oil spicy oil is outstanding
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce whatever pleases you - season to taste
2 egg scrambled
1 tbsp. butter used to regrease the pan after veggies are cooked
2 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce adjust amount to taste
2 tbsp. sriracha the ONLY chili sauce...
 
Directions:
  1. In a large sauce pan or wok, heat oil to medium heat, combine meat and onion and cook until meat is slightly crispy and onions are translucent.
  2. Add frozen veggies and stir into mix (this will kill the oil so add butter for next step).
  3. Move meat and veggies to side, add butter and eggs to cleared side and scramble eggs.
  4. Add hoisin sauce to meat/veggie mix and sriracha to taste.
  5. Add rice and stir into meat/veggies/eggs.
  6. Add soy sauce to taste.
